From Concept to game-ready 3D Asset

From Concept to 3D Asset is a 2-part workshop for beginner to intermediate 3D Artists, with a focus on Environment Art specifically, aiming to cover the stages of creating a 3D Asset within the context of a typical video game production environment. Jasmin will break down her own process of how to approach a concept before creating the asset, what to consider when making highpoly sculpts, lowpolies and textures but also considerations that have to be done when working with video game engines such as Unreal Engine. Along the way, Jasmin will share some tips and tricks for how to achieve interesting silhouettes and details within your models while also reflecting on the importance of iteration and feedback within this whole process.
